"Beautiful hotel, room was small but comfortable. Shower didn’t drain properly and shower head sprayed water everywhere. We really enjoyed the pool, breakfast was okay. One of our blankets had stains. Hotel associates were very kind. Riverwalk, stores and restaurants were nearby. A nice, quiet and calm hotel."

"Barely any water pressure in the shower. Bathroom sink crusty with dirt not cleaned. They advertise room service but it is a hoax. If you call they will charge you $5 just to connect you to Grubhub or similar, then they charge you more for the food than the menu advertises plus another extra if you want to pay with card over the phone. It seems like a fraudulent way to get extra cash from you, they should just say call grubhub, doordash or similar on your own. When I told front desk they nodded in understaning, they know this is not right, and they offered free drink and snack from their poorly stocked little shop."

"Room 215 needs to have the tub fixed. The shower works but no water comes out of spout to take tub bath. Also, the sink faucet dispenses water very slowly. "

"This hotel is a bit difficult to find, but it was pretty clean eventually, and well kept, and breakfast was great. There is a great restaurant nearby. Very convenient for the airport."

"The breakfast was excellent. The first morning they had sausage patties and scrambled eggs. They have a build your own parfait set up , boiled eggs and pastries. The second morning they offered bacon and omelettes. The only downside was an elevator on one side did not work but was honestly probably a blessing because after the breakfast I needed some extra steps. "

"Very nice hotel just a few minutes from the San Antonio airport. Check in was very fast and easy. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was updated, clean and had nice amenities. Would absolutely stay here again if I had an early morning flight ."
