"First time staying here and first time staying in the Upper West Side. Definitely will be returning. Upon checking in, we were greeted by Debra. She made us feel welcome and was very friendly. We showed up 3 hours prior to our check-in time and she was very accommodating."

"Overall, the room was extremely clean and well kept. The staff at the front desk was extremely polite and welcoming. Breakfast every morning was hot and fresh and delicious. The coffee available throughout the day was very much appreciated. Learned only our second day in that there is EV charging at the back of the property. It was very, very hot so the water and bananas available in the foyer were also very much appreciated as they kept us hydrated and potassium levels up."

"I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone: Parking is EXTREMELY limited. Door for room 202 doesn’t latch. You have to slam the door several times for it to latch and lock. When front desk staff was informed of this he came upstairs and said “Don’t you think you should give it a second to latch” after the door was closed for minutes while he came upstairs and he was still just able to push the door open from the outside. "Clean room, great staff, great breakfast with lots of options. Always coffee available and the room and facilities were kept well. We got a room with a jacuzzi and it was perfect! The pool wasn’t full size and was a little dirty, but we still enjoyed it and others did as well. We made use of the gym, but the water bubbler was empty both days.
