Tenía un balcón hermoso con vista al patio que invitaba a pasar más tiempo."

"A beautiful hotel, the oldest in Kortrijk. My second time staying there, room was lovely, breakfast was good, convenient for shops and has its own car park"

"The lighting was apalling! Mirrors in dark corners or bad light. Had to use a torch in the restaurant to be able to read tge menu. Everything black or dark grey which gave a very uncomfortable atmosphere. Most importantly wee were not told about tge major traffic diversion!!! It took us 2 1/2 hours from Bruges to find tge hotel!!! I used to be a regular client but this experience was apalling for such an expensive and well known chain! Also not enough tea bags or milk in the room for 2 days for 2 people. Very dissatisfied!!"
