Room was clean although there was a long dark head hair on my pillow the 1st night when we pulled down the sheets to get into bed. Also, note there is no lift (we were on the 4th/top floor) and no kettle in the room."

A very big thank you to the gentleman on reception last Friday October 2nd at 7AM. I think his name was Badoul, he was originally from Morocco. He went above and beyond in assisting us to get to the airport that morning when a taxi company let us down. Fantastic hotel, perfect location & very impressed by Badoul. A credit to the hotel."
