"Very friendly welcome and lovely clean and comfy room. Staff were very accommodating, especially Brenda & Gwen on reception and the young man serving at the bar. Would definitely use again on another visit to Wales. "

"Fabulous short stay, staff very helpful, breakfast lovely, room clean though a bit hot. Very near M4 but no noise heard so a well placed location if travelling and an ideal stopover if travelling through to west wales. The pool and gym were excellent, we used both"

"The staff were lovely and attentive. Our room was spacious and in good condition, with almost everything we needed. There is a bus stop into the city centre nearby which was helpful for us. We enjoyed breakfast too. The coffee pod machine in our room was leaking, and we were onky provided with decaf pods which was a shame. There was also only one robe provider despite it being a booking for two people."
