"The motel"

"Great stay as always "

"The hotel is a beautiful, well-preserved colonial building. Although the rooms don't have private bathrooms, they are well-equipped and the shared facilities are very clean. There is no AC, but the heater and electric blankets work perfectly. All the staff were very polite and helpful.. we even had a lovely "little princess" take our keys when we checked out. The restaurant food was simply wonderful, the best we had during our entire trip."

"They cancelled my booking but did not let me know Put us in a single room without my consent They overcharged me and did not meet with me to settle my account And so now I will have the American Express team investigate them and get my money back Disgusting group Never stay there !!!"

"Picked up the key, but only returned to the van after hours. Door did not lock at all and the bolt came out when the key was turned. Called the emergency number, only to be rudely told "What do you want me to do about it, I'm at work 30 min away". I said that the door didn't lock and that would need to be fixed. the reply "Oh, we've known about that for a few weeks and it will be fixed next week". After several minutes of discussion, was finally told that the manger would call me. They did (also not on site) telling me that I shouldn't get upset as they were home with a sick partner (why this relates to my booking wasn't explained), and I was moved to another van, however that all took 4 phone calls and 30 minutes. Completely inappropriate to be putting someone in a van with no locking door, when that was known about. No after hours on site manger or maintence. Extremely poor experience."

"Well located car traveler hotel with a supermarket, chemist and food shops being directly adjacent. The complexes tavern and bottle shop also provide an amenity without having to drive anywhere. The room was well equipped for car travelers with food preparation capabilities. "

"Lovely hosts in a charming colonial property. Delightful. Convenient location in a cute town. And we saw platypus! Bonus. Thanks heaps."
