"Firstly, we were welcomed warmly by Matthew. Our room was extremely clean, beds comfortable and the shower was hot and beautiful. This motel has a hidden gem (an amazing restaurant) our steaks were absolutely delicious as smooth as butter, outstanding red wines and the restaurant manager Jasmine was so delightful as were all the staff. "Staff were occasionally hard to understand due to the language barrier and their knowledge was average when asked questions, frequently got different responses from different staff. The parking spaces are limited and can be a tight squeeze unless you get one early. We checked in late and there were buckets and tradie tools spread throughout the carpark. The pool was unavailable. The room was quite dusty and outdated (with the exception of the bathroom which was upgraded). We had to use broken...

"The bathroom was where the main issues were. The toilet pipes were very dirty on the outside and the window frame looked like it had either dirt or black mould on one side of it. The bathroom door was incredibly clunky to open and when the exhaust fan was turned on it shuddered for a few seconds first before working properly. The shower also was incredibly dusty in spots such as on top of railings. Everything else was fine."

"The rooms were obviously recently renovated and looked nice. The staff were helpful and the room was clean when we arrived. Unfortunately, the lack of doormat meant the floor was quickly gritty from shoes. There was a kettle but it didn’t fit under the tap which was a bit of a nuisance. And there were no hooks at all to be able to hang towels to dry."

"Fairly dirty room. A si gel sheet covered the mattress and it was an old hard mattress. The door to the outside area was only secured with a flimsy slide bolt that seemed to be made from aluminium. There were a few small cockroaches under the kettle base. The shower was a positive except they when you opened the shower door the shower head was actually above the shower head and the door opened to the shower head side as you could only open it inwards. Old decor inside and external needs a...

10/10 Cemerlang
"The checking in process was so easy. The staff was very helpful and lovely. This hotel even allowed me to leave my baggages overnight after i checked out since i have another trip to Uluru before coming back again to Sydney. The room is comfy. Hotel location is rather strategic as it is near the main attraction. Overall is superb!!!"
