"Plumbing seemed to be an issue in my room. The restroom (and consequently the whole room) smelled awful from the moment I walked in. And I heard every toilet in the hotel flushing all night. "

"This looks like it was once a nice hotel. Unfortunately, the cracks are showing in its upkeep. Holes in the curtains, bad patch jobs, shoddy repairs, take all the polish off. At one point the handle on the front door of our room just broke and was hanging uselessly. The bed was like sleeping on a plank of wood, and the pillows felt like they were only 1/2 full of stuffing. As far as service, we were disappointed. For example, we had gathered all of our trash in one paper bag and left it for easy pick up. We came back later to find it still there. No cleaning had taken place. They made the bed, refreshed the towels and left the floors and table with crumbs, and the couch and furniture in disarray. The parking lot was ridiculous. All of the lines had worn off and people were just parked at random. So no matter how much room you tried to leave so you weren't to close, someone would just park too close. If they are going to charge you almost 30 bucks a night to park, at least repaint the lines. If it was cheap, I'd be more generous with my review, but it's not. They seem to be banking on the reputation of the brand. Very disappointed, I do not recommend staying here. "

"Super bang for the buck"

"Aside from its location, there’s NOTHING good about this place. At check-in already, the clerk, Sabrina, was curt and unpleasant. Her explanation was rushed, as if she had no time for the client. Then the room: Old, dilapidated, and of dubious cleanliness. The room safe didn’t work, I notified Sabrina but NOTHING happened. One of the ceiling lights was broken. The shower handle was mounted backward!! The furniture was scuffed beyond repair. From the light switches, seems like nothing was done to renovate this place since it was built maybe in the late 70s? Then the breakfast. Omelets seemed ok, the rest was middling at best. And one morning, a whole batch of spoons were not cleaned well. Food crumbs still stuck to them! Yuck!! So like I said, the location was perfect. Across from that fabulous Westfield UTC mall and close to a whole bunch of companies. I had to stay here for a few days as I was moving out of my house in a nearby neighborhood. But otherwise, NEVER again."

"I love this hotel. The rooms, location and very friendly staff have made this one of my favorite hotels. At the moment they have construction going on so I just spent the weekend to avoid the noise"
