Fabulous stay Terry and Anita are fantastic hosts making us feel very welcome. Couldnt do enough for us. Breakfast was excellent. Will definately be going back when we can.

Gem of a b and b in blackpool
Fab little guest house. Owners so friendly and helpful. Found out its been in the family for 2 generations too. Terry even stood in a parking space for me till i moved my car further down the road, near to the hotel as im bad with walking. Breakfast was pre order day before so no queing up for cerials or juices. Room was a small double, but cosy enough for us. We stayed 2 nihts and then decided to stay a 3rd after checking out and on ringing them up, the went and remade our room, evwn though they were clising for the season today. Absolutely loved our stay there and will be defo booking again for future visits. We are already emailing him to book in for 3 trips toblackpool next year. Same room x

Cosy but good...
very friendly and welcoming, lovely breakfast too, bar area nice.. The only problem is the lack of space..we had a triple room, very cosy, felt very chlostrophobic, the shower and toilet was no bigger than a wardrobe... The photos are very deceiving, rooms look bigger.. Other than that everything else was good.. Great Central area too..

A lovely welcome to a clean fresh smelling b&b. Beds comfortable and breakfast was lovely. Staff couldnt do enough for you. I would highly recommend and will stay again. Oh and converted tesco vouchers so nothing to pay. Bonus.

Stayed here October 2019. Great location. Very friendly owners. Clean and tidy. Breakfast served at 9am. Food was hot and tasty. The family Room we stayed in was a little on the small side and the bathroom was very small. For the price i wiuls highly recomend this hotel

Really great value clean well-run guesthouse right in the centre of Blackpool run by the nicest most helpful staff imagineable - having stayed in other guesthouses before I’d definitely recommend this one

Highly recommended
I went here with my 4 friends for her birthday. It's was lovely. We got a very warm welcome and nothing was to much. The owners are lovely. Our room was very clean and comfortable and the bed was comfortable. In the morning we was served a lovely fried breakfast (much needed as we was a little hungover ha) and Terry kept the tea topped up. I will be returning again as would my friends. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Booked a family room at a reasonable price. Owners were lovely and very welcoming. Room was basically a double made into a family, not much room to move. Shower was ice cold and the wifi was pretty slow. Breakfast was at 9 and was ok.

fantastic stay!!
Me and my partner arrived and got greeted by Anita and shown to our room, she also told us what time breakfast was, the beds were comfy you got your own tv, it was great! The owners were friendly and lovely. We had breakfast and that was also very nice indeed!We would definitely stay here again! I would recommend staying here! Thank you again to the owners! I hope to see you soon and have a lovely holiday together as you truly deserve it!
