Nice B&B

This B&B is centrally located, a short 10 min walk to Coral Island and major shops etc. We enjoyed our stay very much. Breakfast was ample and piping hot just how I like it. Extra toast or pots of coffee were no trouble for Yvette and her husband.

Friendly, outstanding B&B, will be back again

Arrived to a very friendly welcome. A lovely spacious family room, with an excellently sized en suite shower room and everything you need provided. The location is great, as it's only a couple of minutes walk to the sea front. Had a lovely cooked English breakfast with plenty of tea, coffee and toast.

Well situated guesthouse

Well positioned guesthouse close to Blackpool Tower. Hosts are welcoming, and the room we stayed in was spotless. Will definitely use again.

Eden House. A pleasant stay.

Visiting Blackpool for a weekend break with my wife. Chose Eden house because of the positive reviews. A good clean comfortable room. Located close to Blackpool tower.

A gem of a B&B

We had a great weekend in Blackpool seeing the sights and the illuminations, and for a dancing competition in the Tower Ballroom, which is just an easy 10 minute stroll away. Our hosts could not have been more helpful, giving advice about places to eat and visit. The house was spotlessly clean and efficiently organised. Breakfast was delicious and far better than the one at the 5 star hotel in London I stayed in the previous week. Even more impressive is that they found my missing earring on their drive and are posting it back to me.

Best in Blackpool

Been to Blackpool many times, this was the best B&B we've stayed in. Good size bedroom, nice bath clean all over. One drawback, no wifi, but there's a breakfast shop down the street, if you need it.

me and my boyfriend spent 1 night here in july 2013. hotel was great value for money only £45 pound for bed and breakfast. room was very clean .en suit shower , kettle & plenty tea & coffee. also not far from the tower

Ideal location

Our stay was really good, could not fault hotel for anything, was really worried about staying in Blackpool as haven't been there for years. Only booked hotel last minute as looked at many many hotels on Internet and was not really impressed with the look of rooms, but I was more than happy with my choice. Cleanliness was most important for me and I wasn't disappointed. Would recommend to anyone, if I went to Blackpool again I would not hesitate to stay.
