"Beautiful location right across from the beach. Great view of Batumi from our balcony. Really enjoyed the cafe on the property, we were there every day for coffee and the sandwiches were surprisingly good as well. It’s a new property with some construction happening, but nothing that disturbed our stay aside from a few quick power outages. "Property was very nice and well maintained. Dining area was a little congested at times however, it appears that a facility is being constructed on the premises to accommodate. Breakfast was great! The staff was very courteous and helpful and despite large crowds kept the area clean and fully stocked with the great breakfast selections."
