"While the staff was friendly, the room was dirty, a used coffee cup was in the room, and the bath tub failed to drain. I don't plan on staying there again."

"First the elevator was out of order and when we questioned the staff we were told we could cancel our rooms. The hotel was not well kept. My bathroom had chips out of the tub and my friend said hers was so bad she wouldn’t use to shower. The soap at the bathroom sinks was mounted on the wall so high many of us couldn’t even reach. Very hard to believe this hotel was associated with the Hilton brand."
