"Clean room and comfortable stay. The room and bathroom were spotless, the bedding was cozy, and the hotel was quiet at night. Check-in was easy and the staff was friendly. Very close to downtown Syracuse. Great value."

"Breakfast is plain, but the staff is VERY friendly and supportive. Our toilet was broken and they got us a new room instantly, and right across the hall for our own simplicity. The rooms are nice, internet worked, and a decent location near airport/restaurants. Great place for a couple of days stay."

"The bathtub didn't have and slip resistant mat and I slipped while getting in and out of the tub. I let the front desk know. Also, the toilet didn't work on our last day so we had to use the restrooms in the lobby. I was told there was no one available on Sunday to fix it. "

"You need people that really clean the room, not just say they did. The floor throughout was visibly dirty. Hair all over the floor in the bathroom. Dirt build-up around the bathtub, and in the corners. You could tell the floors were not swept or mopped. There was a dirty spoon in the dishwasher with dried caked on food and is probably still in there. The kitchen drain smelled like mold."
