And some rooms have no power. The line for refunds extended out of the office. I was lucky I was able to find another place to stay. "Conveniently located on the A82 close, not within walking distance, to Loch Ness. Off road parking outside the Loch Ness experience which is next door. Our room was at the back so quiet. Comfortable room with good size bathroom. Wasn't a huge selection on the menu for the evening meal but the food was tasty, it's advisable to book. There was a good selection for breakfast"
