"Really friendly check in. Informative gave us later check out due to the nature of our stay. Room very spacious and clean. However room very cold radiator doesnt work. Called the number at reception they brought a portable heater which was fab. If it had just been my partner & myself staying it"

"We had a great time at this castle! Scott in the bar was fantastic. The food was very good too. We did the ghost tour. It was fun. No ghost seen but a very funny guest from Australia hid in the stairwell and gave me a scare!"
