"The exterior the property his not very aesthetic however the rooms are sebaceous and clean with refrigerator and microwave as well as television entertainment. The ice machine was broken so the host provided me with ice. This is a great location especially if you are going to the livermore rodeo"

"The staff was not courteous. The front desk personnel, who wore braces, was discourteous, displaying no smiles or customer service. Throughout our stay, no staff member offered to clean our room; I had to request clean towels. When inquiring about the disposal of accumulated trash, the front desk staff instructed us to leave it outside our room, but no one came to collect it, and we ultimately disposed of it ourselves. "This is a fairly new property. Very nice room, breakfast was hot and delicious and the hotel staff were excellent. Highly recommend."

"Clean room"

"We loved the Union. It wasn't our first time there and it never disappoints. We had the largest room on the 3rd floor with a 180 degree view and amazing original furniture from the early 1900s. The only small complaint is that the king sized bed could use a new mattress. We didn't sleep well because it was pretty bad, but don't let this discourage you from staying there. Maybe they will read this and put a new mattress on the bed. :)"
