"We were given an upgrade to a bigger room which was wonderful! All the staff we encountered were very friendly and the woman at the registration desk was particularily helpful and kind. The rooms were very clean and well stocked. We loved the hotel and will definitelh stay there again!"

"Easy check-in. Lots of parking. Concerns about housekeeping as there clothing items of a previous guest was found in a corner of the room. Amenities not stocked. Front desk unhappy when asked to address concerns about these items. Bathroom, bedding, and living area was clean. "

"Came to this hotel very late at night after a long work trip and the front desk manager was very unpleasant. Their machine wasn’t working and he was pressuring me to write my credit card down so he can charge it for the deposit at a later date. He refused to accept cash or to call my room once his machine was ready and threatened to cancel my booking if I didn’t provide the card. "The breakfast was amazing! I find the configuration of the room is disappointing. We wanted a full suite with a separate bedroom but did not get that. Also, not a full suite as there is no full kitchen."

"Think of this as a motel dressed up as a hotel. The rooms look nice, but the mattress is only passable, and the linen are cheap. In the bathroom, the shower doors catch on their hinges less than a year after the hotel’s opening. Hair from the cleaning ladies can be found on the walls and floor.
