"We had an issue with the night employee Scott, but was quickly resolved by their manager Lily. Otherwise, the property was great and up to our standards! Their morning checkout employee Ashley was also very kind and courteous."

"We were given an upgrade to a bigger room which was wonderful! All the staff we encountered were very friendly and the woman at the registration desk was particularily helpful and kind. The rooms were very clean and well stocked. We loved the hotel and will definitelh stay there again!"

"Not family friendly with you have young children… We were disappointed after arriving to find out that the hotel did not have cribs or playpens, despite showing they did on the listing… We even requested via Expedia message for a crib with no response. I visited the front desk to inquire about a crib or a refund because our child would have nowhere to sleep if they couldn’t provide one, the front desk attendant was rude and said they don’t offer refunds and they no longer offer cribs or...

"Between finding a cockroach and black mold in the shower and the ridiculous “breakfast”, this stay was really disappointing. The breakfast consisted of prepackaged mini muffins, frozen prepackaged egg sandwiches to be thrown in a microwave, a coffee maker that had no coffee or carafe, and an “out of order” juice dispenser. It was unbelievably frustrating. The hallways’ carpets were lifting and tripping hazards, the elevator reeked like sewage, and my toilet kept running which kept me awake. ...

"Airport shuttle is not as stated, needs tp be arranged or dog eat your lunch. The wifi is terrible, i had to use my data! Because it kept freaking out. The entrance is had to get in with luggages since theres no ramp only stairs so if you're disbabled stay away."

"Very disappointing stay. For the price (over $1000), this place is absolutely not worth it. No basic amenities like water bottles or shower kits were provided. Breakfast was exactly the same every single day for a week—no variety at all. The elevator wasn’t working, and we had to deal with going up to the 16th floor like that, which is unacceptable. On top of everything, the manager was extremely rude and unhelpful. Would not recommend."
