"Ground floor onto decking no privacy people walk past all the time looking directly onto the bed ! So hot and no a/c so the one big heavy door kept open all night so worried anyone could walk in! Just one tiny top window above door. 1 fan in the room doesn't do anything. Badly designed place and in a U shape so everyone opposite looks at each other too like a block of flats."

"Poor experience unfortunately.
We checked in mid afternoon but, as we were attending an event elsewhere, we didn't get to our room until late evening. Firstly, we struggled to find our room as it was not clearly signed. On going into our room, we had no power at all. We had to prop open our door to let enough light in so that we could call somebody. They eventually resolved the issue and we managed to sleep, despite the very hard bed
In the morning, the kettle was not working so we couldn't...

"The cleaning staff was amazing and very respectful. Handy to have a restaurant in the hotel, especially for breakfast, which is a standard English and continental breakfast with a good amount of options. The coffees from their machines are pretty good too. Lovely hotel and hotel rooms. Would recommend."

"The place itself was immaculate. However the moment we checked in we went to the spa where the cryotherapy was broken and we couldn’t order any refreshments as the lady said she couldn’t leave her post. We waited for over an hour and half for dinner and there was no advice on things to do on activities."
