"Plenty of parking which is free at the weekend so we were told at check in. Bar area nice & service was quick. Went down to see the pool/gym & staff just looked at us when we said we’d come for a look. We couldn’t access either due to barriers but staff continued with their conversation rather than see if they could help us out. Shame really as we may have gone for a swim, but wouldn’t consider paying for something we couldn’t see. The room was lovely, pillows & bed were great, shower amazing...
