The property was not as advertised. I paid two hundred dollars for hotel with both breakfast and a pool and both were unavailable due renovations. This should have been advertised and frankly I feel entitled to a refund

When checking in was not told that the fitness center was out of order, nor was I told that they would be painting the outside of the building and that would intel excessive beeping, loud annoying beeping from their scissor lift going up and down all day so wasnt even able to work from hotel room. Also the day of check out house keeping started knocking on the door at 8:30 asking if was checking out, then another 10 minutes later someone else doing the same thing, then 15 minutes after that same thing, I couldn’t even do my zoom meetings that needed to be done that morning so that’s 2 days that I was not able to work and yet the property refuses to get a manager on the phone but they say someone will call me back, yet still no call. Also I had to wash all my clothes over again because the strong smell of food in the 4th floor seems as though they allow people to cook in their rooms, it was strong I. The room as well as the hall ways so this is not microwaved food this is actually someone cooking.

Advertising says complimentary breakfast. Entire service and prep area closed and dark. Nothing but bad, tepid coffee. Coffee inserts in room coffee did not fit. Could not get one. No answer. Just a shrug. Nice people.But minimal help or ability to answer questions clearly. But they were hospitable . Pool:closed. Workout room: closed. Rooms clean. Other areas, not so much. Roar of interstate behind building. Not too bad inside. Horrible outside.

My mother-in-law room's air conditioning didn't work and staff was still leasing out the rooms. She wasn't compensated either. Also, most rooms at hotels come with an iron. My room did not have an iron. Again, the staff was promoting a continental breakfast, but that morning the kitchen was closed. I was really disappointed overall in my stay.

We love the staff (reception ladies especially)!! Only downside is the indoor pool is “under maintenance” and they don’t know when it will be opened again. Still a great stay though!

BED BUGS! Says they have a restraunt, they do not! Says they have a bar, they do not! What they do have is BED BUGS! Refused to give us a full refund after we found the bed bugs right after checking in. We were not ven there for 15 minutes and they refused! Even though they had BED BUGS! Expedia did not fight for us to get full refund. Also the pool and gym are closed indefenitly. I told Expedia about all of this and told them that they should be removed from their site but I see that it is still up and showing that they have a bar, a restaurant, a pool and a gym. NOT! DO NOT STAY HERE! Horrible place and horrible staff.

Property is in poor condition overall, carpet is dirty, on the wall I saw bed bug. security deposit was $20 I did not know about it , only on front desk they said about it. they charged me $109 instead of $89 in receipt. They did not send back security deposit after I left. When you will return security deposit back? But only bed linens was clean. Sorry, I did not like smell in the hotel. No breakfast, closed pool. Not recommended to anyone. Not like advertised.

BED BUGS! do not stay here! Called expedia to tell them that this hotel has bed bugs and no restraunt and no breakfast and the pool is closed undefinitly but they really did not seem to care. Was supposed to stay here for 4 nights but off course we did not due to BED BUGS, hotel refused to refund us and expedia did not fight for us.I will be reporting this to the Health department and the better business beureau!

Really enjoyed the stay for the most part. Not much to do seeing as the indoor pool was closed for the entirety of our stay. Not sure why either since it looked to be in full service. But it’s definitely one of the better hotels we’ve stayed at recently. They do offer breakfast but some mornings it was just toast, a sausage patty and boiled eggs. Not quite the most appetizing.

Great staff, very polite. We loved the area of the hotel. Make sure you rent a car if you come from the outside of USA! Otherwise, use UBER. Taxis are extremely expensive. We had some issues with the air conditioner of the bedroom making us to have a pair of really bad nights.

Signage to find the hotel was small an hidden. Breakfest was just average an not very warm even at 6 am when they 1st opened up.Hard to communicate with staff unless u speak spanish . Our room. 1 king bed was decent size an couch was nice. Pool under maintance but didnt matter to us . Price point was ok. Good location for us as passing thru but easy drive to couple of sights in town an close to 5 points entertainment district .

As a returning guest, I can state that all has been very good up until this last studio room that was 175$/night…there was no hot water in the shower/tub and no one came to fix it during my stay, making a cold shower very uncomfortable

Staff was not helpful. Bathroom had hair on the walls. Bathroom light was broken after several calls to repair they didn’t show up until 11:30PM the night before departure time o attempt to fix. Waking everyone up.
