"Had a very enjoyable stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout my visit. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any questions. Breakfast offered a good variety of options and was a great way to start the day. The casino was well organized, with a lively atmosphere and plenty of entertainment. Overall, I had a positive experience and would consider staying here again. I would recommend it to other travellers looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay."

"Had a lovely stay at the Arden hotel. The pool was nice although the main big pool was a little cold. The jacuzzi was nice though as well as the sauna/steam room. All staff very friendly. Bar staff very kind and helpful, rooms clean and tidy and hotel was tidy, lovely breakfast. Yes it’s a bit dated in the rooms etc but it’s very clean and a lovely place to stay by the motorway and Birmingham airport, ideal for going away as they do a park and fly for up to 2 weeks which is worth baring in mind parking at the hotel and jetting off in the sun. Will definitely be back again soon. Breakfast was nice too. Some of the items on the hot deck weren’t the freshest I.e hash browns bit stale tasting but all hot and easy to get from the buffet deck. Staff lovely at breakfast too. Great place to stay. Will return soon."
