I liked everything about this place apart of the heater was not in . I tried my best to make it work out but it was still cold. Thanks for everything

Your refund can take up to a fortnight to 3 weeks to be returned back to you Wasn’t a washing a machine for 2 weeks The customer service over email and phone is terrible Loud noises Kitchen no cups plates everyone takes into room A lot off cannabis been smoked

It's a scam! Don't ever book it!
Please don't ever book this accommodation. It's a scam. I booked it a day before I needed and I got a confirmation email saying it's been booked and that I don't have to call them to reconfirm the booking. It also says that I'll receive an email with a link to register and gain access to the house. Guess what, I never received any email and to make the matter worse, there's not a number to call. I got the address late at night and pressed the door bell like a hundred times and even though I could hear and see someone in the house through the window, I was never let in. I have lost my money and there's no one I could call to request a refund
