Nice accommodations
Nice place to stay. We enjoyed the extra living space. The water pressure in the shower sucks. Liked everything else. Breakfast was even enjoyable.

Stayed one night as I had a business meeting in the area. While the hotel seems brand new, it could use some additional cleaning. Room was ok, but could tell that it hadn't been cleaned thoroughly. Towels were damp for some reason and seems like there was a film on alot of the surfaces. Took forever for the shower to warm up and the stream was weak.

Horrible communication and customer service
Not accuse customers of smoking in there room just because the color of their skin. The room next to us had a strong odor of smoke from the time we checked in. But it was late and everything us was nice so we stayed. But the next day we were charged $150 for smoking in room with a room full of children even a 6 month old baby. Ridiculous!

When we checked in, the blinds in our room we’re off the track and would not open. Not a huge deal. Later on we put our 2 year old to sleep in the bed and while we were watching tv out of the corner of my eye I see a 2 inch cockroach about 6 inches away from my heat on the bed. Terrible experience.

The cleaning is not thorough
Bathroom wasn't clean, and shower got clogged after we took a shower. They didn't fix it right away, we have to wait almost half a day.

Won't stay there again. Upon booking requested ground floor if possible or close to elevator. Got third floor room last room at end of hall. No closet but a cabinet cloths hangers on the wall above suitcases rack. Water for bathing luke warm nerver got hot. 7am. Finally i wasn't impressed with the breakfast. Then before leaving, I went ro the men's room in the lobby. When i raised the toilet seat it was totally detached and fell to the floor. This could have been disastrous if sat upon. I left it on the floor where it fell. I did report it to the lady at the front desk.

The check in process took less than three minutes. Our room was clean and cool. Shower had great pressure and the breakfast was very good. Putting this hotel on our list to return.

The carpet in the two rooms was not clean. The carpet in the elevator area on our floor was not vacuumed. The sheets on my bed were stained. We had only one towel. The check-in staff was polite and professional, but the two rooms where my family and I stayed were not clean.

Mixed Feelings - Will Not Stay Again
We have been placing our staff here for local business trips to Moody, AL. We finally stayed here ourselves rather than the usual place over in Leeds that is so popular (and with good reason). We had high hopes for the IHG property given its young age and contemporary appearance on the outside.;'

Wasn’t terrible, but wasn’t great. Room had some paint chips off of the wall, some kind of boogers on the wall in the bathroom, and the main lamp in the room didn’t work no matter what we tried. The lights by the bed worked, but they were those blue 5000K bulbs that were a killer after a day of driving in the sun. So we just used the desk light in the room. We stayed at the Hampton Inn in Leeds the week before for the same price and were much happier with the accommodations.

We had a very pleasant stay. Room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly. Great food options nearby. Our only complaint was that the breakfast area was cramped and the pancake machine was not working.
