The floors were filthy and when I told the front desk, they indicated it was hard to clean the floors. Roaches came from the outlets in the kitchen and bathroom, and I stopped to tell the front desk at 10 AM and the window was closed. There was no iron or board in the room. We checked out.

The big complaint would be the door to the hotel where you had to use your key card to get in. Took several tries each time but it was safe area and wonderful staff. Beds were not the best but comfortable

Should change the sheets every morning. I do not know if it is a hotel or extended kind of place for people to stay for more than few days at a time. Still need to change out clean sheets and towels.

Extremely rude night clerk
We arrived at nearly 2am to check in after a very long day, exhausting day. Walked in to find the reception desk closed with a wooden partition pulled down. There was a phone with a note on the wall that said to call a number for service. The phone on the wall didn’t work so we had to use our cell phone. The lady that answered said she would be there in 10 minutes. we waited and nearly 10 minutes later we were “greeted” by an incredibly rude lady. She went through the motions of checking us in. Gave us keys that didn’t work. We couldn’t even get into the door to the hotel, we were still in this little lobby area. She took the keys and ran them through the machine again. This time they worked. We got to our room and the keys didn’t work. We walked back to the lobby area to find she had already closed the wooden partition again. We knocked and said hello very loudly and she barely cracked the partition open. Took the keys and ran them through the machine again. Then she tried them herself on the door to the laundry room. We walked to our room a few doors down and of course our keys didn’t work again. This time she saw and she abruptly walked toward us and practically shoved me out of the way to use the master key that was around her neck. She opened the door and turned around without saying a word. I said to my friend that I hope we don’t need to leave the room and get back in. I sarcastically said to the night clerk Thank you for your assistance. Sorry you had to do your job.

The area around the property is very convenient. We ended up leaving a day early and paying for the night we didn't stay because of the room. The floors were not clean at all, the beds were really uncomfortable. The kitchenette area was nice, I liked that it had the little closet area and the table to eat at but the overpowering weed smell and the over all cleanliness needs to be handled. Especially when you have a small child staying.

Horrible stay in Pelham Alabama
The most horrible state ever my room was right by the doors people out 3 o’clock in the morning talking by the window all night every night I couldn’t sleep one night.door keeps slamming the people upstairs stomping and running the beds very very uncomfortable the smell in the room is horrible made me sick the whole nine days I was there. I would never return or recommend nobody there need to get better beds

For the price, it was a decent place to stay. My only complaints would be 1. The bed was a bit uncomfortable and 2. The shower wasn't that great either (it had very low pressure so it took me longer to wash my hair) but for the price, it's not a bad place to stay. The place is clean, the staff is nice, the location is good.

The hotel was clean but for a person with asthma it smells like smoke. It took 15 minutes to get on the elevator because you had to wait and then it was slow and they only have one. The lady that waited on me was amazing. But when she was trying to get me a smoke free room the other lady said very rudely I just gave the last one out. She can take it or nothing.

We arrived to the hotelat 9 pm after a long day of travel. We had to wait 20 mins in the lobby for an attendant to arrive to check us in. The beds are TERRIBLE! It is an old spring mattress with no box spring sitting on top of a metal rack with wire mesh. The room looked fairly new remodeled. But the floor was grimy. Like i always say you get what you pay for. The staff was nice.

I liked that it was cheap to stay. I think they are setup as an extended stay place for businesses to keep there crew. Not really for 1-2 night stays. Beds are not comfortable, but I have slept on worse. The walls have no insulation. You can hear everything. One good thing, the a/c didn't work when we arrived but they fixed it quickly on a Saturday.

This hotel was sub-par to say the least. On the day of my checkin i was told that i wouldnt have the room that i had reserved. Upon arrival i had to wait 20 mins for someone to come to the front desk after having to call for assistance. I had to walk through the smell of Marijuana in the hallway and elevator. The beds were worn out with springs poking out. And the attitude of the staff was horrible

Pictures do lie
When i walked in there was no one at the desk, i waited for 5 minutes and still no one showed up. Then i called the hotel and someone came from the back, she seemed really nonchalant that there was a customer. When i finally was able to check in, the smell once i went through the door to get to the elevater made me want to gag. I got upstairs to the room and the bedroom was really small and the bed was definitely not a king size bed. I sat on the bed and the mattress was so horrible you could feel the springs in it. Then the mattress shifted all the way over to the wall. Needless to say i did not stay, after 2 hours i went downstairs to checkout and once again there was no one at the desk so i had to call AGAIN to get someone to come out of the back to answer my questions and to checkout. I wouldnt recommend this hotel to anyone. The lady that was working that night need customer service training and the beds need to be replaced. I really thought that would be a nice spot to get away because of the area but i was so wrong. Will definitely never stay there again or recommend it to anyone. Pictures can definitely deceive you.

The floors were uneven, as I’d walk the vibrations caused the dresser drawers to open. The bed was too hard…had a back ache everyday. No bedside lamp, so over bed ceiling light shines straight down into eyes. Watched a cockroach crawl from the sprinkler head cover across ceiling and down wall. Since the trash doesn’t get emptied daily it’s a little disconcerting. I’m tall so I noticed the Pizza Crust thrown on top of vending machine. Pop machine didn’t have prices listed. Snack machine couldn’t dispense everything…I had to pick an alternate choice.

That family kinda feel.
I very much enjoy staying here at woodworking suites I've been here awhile my hubby and I and I've had a couple emergency situations come up and was unable to get back to my room in time for signing my renewal for the week but the staff was very nice no hassle no issues and didn't make me pay the difference one of the two times but do try to notiss that renewal cause the daily rate price is the pay of 2 to 3 nights in some cases. As far as service they don't bother you unless you need service you can exchange your linen out for like 1.75 a week I think. They'll clean on a certain day of the week for you per price not much at all but I lean our room and do our laundry there on site so I don't need to pay for linen exchange. They have rooms for pets. Sometimes it's noisy when a pet is left alone for far to long and is freaking out but the staff is usually on it.i kinda feel like family ina way the lady on night shift I think it's PJ and the Lil dog she has they are to cute and kind . She's been very kind to me. Thank you for that it's not like it once was where most staff was warm to customers it's just a job now and move along but ladies like PJ and lil pup very much appreciated and needed in these times where things are seeming so different and changes so fast it's shaking us all. People seem so angry.

I thought that the rate was good, until I saw everything that was missing. No coffee pot is inexcusable. Why would you need a kitchenette if it is unfurnished. Totally disappointed. We wouldn’t even finish our stay. We were supposed to leave on Sunday morning but we packed up and left around 7:00 on Saturday evening.

This extended stay was very comfortable and clean which is important especially during the pandemic. I was able to cook in my room, I was able to do laundry on the first floor. There was a fully stocked vending machine for drinks and snacks. I really like the fact that I was able to control my thermostat from AC to heat. It's a safe location. It's pet friendly which I don't like but many travel with pets. Close to many food options and a Wal-Mart.

Very uncomfortable. Had to wait on attendant (10min) to check in. Not enough towels, no one responded to requests. Beds are terrible. Most uncomfortable hotel I have stayed at.
