"Run Away! The property is old, run down, nasty and dirty. Our room 216 had a crack in the ceiling falling in and the front desk man said it was fixed inside and was nothing to worry about outside and there were no other rooms. There was an old broken chair with cobwebs outside our door and black hairs in the bathtub. Also 2 spiders- one on the curtain and one in the bathroom. 2 limp towels in the bathroom. An old Mr Coffee pot with no coffee by the front desk. Beyond sad. This “motel” should be ashamed to charge for rooms."

"Outstanding!! Check-in was quick and easy. Lobby was very clean and well organized (no clutter etc.) As soon as we entered room you could tell is was very clean. No unpleasant smells just a pleasant smelling cleaning product. Some lights on for us and room AC was pre set to comfortable temperature. Furniture and fixtures modern and with no issues. Bedding fresh and soft. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom just also well maintained and clean. Checkout was also very pleasant Manger/Desk person was great - you can feel the sense of pride he has with his business. If traveling to Lancaster - highly recommend this location"

"This hotel is in need of a lot for the price we paid on Expedia. We have now learned Expedia charges a higher price for a room than if you had walked in the front door and reserved it. We had a “kitchenette”, which included a refrigerator, microwave, small cooktop. No coffee pot, no coffee cups, no cups, no plates, no utensils, no cooking utensils. For what we paid for that room it should have been a 5 star. The traffic was loud way into the night. Lovely trucks Jake breaking coming down the hill to the intersection, people were loud in the hallways until late in the night/morning. The doors did not seal well so all noise made its way into the room. We had to run the fan just to help block the noise at 1:00 a.m. and you do not get blankets on your bed you get two THIN sheets to cover up with. No elevators which is not in the description of the room and we were on the second floor. We asked the front desk person what they charge if you walked in the front door, he would not say after we told him what Expedia charged us. Would not recommend this hotel nor using Expedia to book. We felt like we Expedia miss represented the quality of the hotel and the hotel manager wasn’t even concerned we OVER paid."
