"Omg can’t say enough wonderful things about this place. From the moment we stepped into the beautiful Victorian style hotel that was designed to look like a steamboat I was in awwwww. The front desk staff were so friendly and we could not have ask for a better room. The grounds are so well kept and the little duck pond beside the hotel is so inviting. "Awesome place to stay "

"We were able to book last minute due to another company falling through. The staff was great when checking in! Rooms were great. Bed was too close to wall. The breakfast buffet was not filled. The front desk girl cooked food. We saw two other staff members and could not believe that they did not help out. But overall, we’re really happy with this hotel. "

"We vacation in the Lancaster area often and have stayed in 17 different hotels there, many of them multiple times. The Bird-in-Hand Family Inn is the best place in the area. The well-run business, the excellent staff, the 3 pools, the hot tub, the miniature golf, beautiful landscaping, the farmlands right there, great theater at the Bird-in-Hand Stage - what more could you want? It is everything we are looking for."

"We enjoyed our time at this charming bed and breakfast as a family of 5 after a show at Sight and Sound Theater. The pool and grounds were lovely. I especially liked the fire pit and swings. The complimentary snacks and drinks all day were appreciated. The breakfast was made to order and delicious. We will be back the next time we come to Lancaster. "
