Some of the communal areas look a bit tired, but staff welcoming and room was great for my needs (staying overnight in area ready for family get together). "Flint cottage part of hotel amazing, clean and spacious, bed so comfy and bath superb . Pool lovely too and had an excellent meal in the restaurant. Will definitely be coming back. Short trip to Canterbury made it an easy place to visit"
