"The restaurant attached to the hotel was excellent, staff were friendly, food was excellent, we were glad we didn’t have to go far to eat as being new to the town it was hard to find a place. I believe the restaurant is closing which will be a shame for future travellers.. I asked to check in 15mins early & was told it would cost £15 which I thought was a bit rude, the young girl couldn’t have cared less, when we did check in the guy that was there was rude & not helpful at all.. "We stayed in Willow, the staff were so lovely and attentive! They work so hard to make everything nice for you . The balcony was lovely this morning. We did the walk around the nature reserve and boat trip was great! Pete the captain was so nice and very knowledgable. We had the best time and Will definitely come back soon . "Very clean room with plenty of tea making facilities and lots of hot water, fluffy towels and a comfortable bed. Helpful full length mirror in bedroom. Some of the communal areas look a bit tired, but staff welcoming and room was great for my needs (staying overnight in area ready for family get together). Great location for Hythe and walk along seafront short drive away."
