"Overall service was excellent. However, there are just 2 restaurants. While only 1 serve dinner during weekday. The restaurant name steak and bone, yet there isn’t really steak. It seems to be over price. I stay at floor 11 (closely highest floor) below either fountain or kids water play ground and it is so noisy at night. I was told that it will turn off at night, but all night long can hear the water that comes can’t sleep well. Another thing, the room temp can be set @22C. But it is so hot and I can’t set it any lower."
Ho Tram Beach Boutique Resort & Spa

"I was checking in for a few days in Ho Tram boutique hotel . The surrounding were greeneries and picturesque . It was after the rained so everything seemed fresh. We dined at the restaurant and the foods and the services were excellent. I had a spa service the next day and it was the best for my body. He beach front was a bit rough due to bad weather so we checked out a day earlier. I would come back to this hotel boutique again in the very near future."

Iconic Long Hai Hotel

"Iconic Long Hai is one of the better properties located in Long Hai. Staff are friendly, rooms are clean with the exception of the grout inside the shower. The bed are comfortable, however the luggage rack are design more for just carry on luggage’s. If you bring a large luggage, it will not fit. Breakfast buffet only available on the weekends or whenever they have high occupancy; otherwise, there’s an à la carte menu. The breakfast is decent. At night time, they close the garage door, so if you drive a vehicle, it can be a little bit of an inconvenience . You personally have to go to the front desk to let them know that you either want to enter or exit the garage. At night time, they do try to save electric by having the lights turn off in the lobby. They have the lights turn off in rooms corridor as well, which can be dangerous. Checking out was simple. The don’t hold any credit card for incidental , so they have someone check your room before leaving. One thing, I felt that was odd, is the front desk is very concern with returning the room keys. Most hotels I stay at, they don’t really care if the guest return the room keys or not, especially if it’s a five or four star property. Overall, I would return, it’s just now I know what to expect."

"We found the best feature for us was the swimming pool. The complex is very large and there is quite a lot of walking. And at my age walking up hill is not good. They have these golf carts that pick you up whenever you want. So that’s another way to get around. But we still enjoyed our stay"

"Excellent service! Staff were so nice and friendly. Resort is very clean and well maintained. The only downside is beach wasn’t that clean when we were there, there were garbage floating in the water. But otherwise it’s still highly recommended for family especially with kids. "
