Overall it was suitable for our purposes but the staff at the front desk was obnoxious and unfriendly. The lobby was filled with young adults drinking when we arrived back at 11pm. The halls were loud all night. Breakfast was lacking.

Curtain did not close enough to block out parking lot lights. Breakfast first morning was good, eggs fresh and hot, second day they closed early.

The rooms were clean; no bad smells, beds comfortable. The hallways and elevators need updating but the front desk and dining area were modern and clean. Hot breakfast — eggs, toast, waffle making stations , coffee, juice etc — was good. We stopped on our way to Rochester. Would stay here again.

Affordable because it’s a couple of miles from downtown, but easy to get to, very clean and modern, decent free breakfast. Will stay there again.

This hotel is gross. There was food on the floor, behind the bed with layers of dust. Fingernails on the floor by the bed. This k mold in the vent in the bathroom. The space by the fridge was filled with thick dust. Nasty! I was told that a refund wasn’t possible because I looked in three rooms to check for cleanliness. They all were filthy! I stay at a lot of hotels, this one was gross!

Loved my stay there, I was in town for my grandfather’s funeral and this hotel was very kind to me during my 3 night stay. And let me just say the breakfast was delicious

The staff was super nice to us, but it was really an average stay. Bathroom was rundown, we didn't even use the shower (1 night stay) A lot of stain on the couch and the sheets. It does the trick for one night, but if you want to stay comfortable for more than a night, there's probably other choices.

The concierge had a great personality and upgraded us at no cost without us even asking. The complimentary breakfast had some decent options and good coffee. There's also a pizzaria next door for a convenient bite.
