"Nicely located near the Ouzoud waterfall. Beautiful property. Very helpful and friendly staff. Room had a balcony view of the waterfall. Dinner and breakfast were good as well."
"The hotel is in an amazing location and has an outstanding view, especially after the abundant rain this year in Morocco which filled up the lake! The place is really beautiful.
For the rest...the hotel is a bit dated in places. The first room we were given was very dark, had tiny windows and a "view" on some rocks - which they described as mountain views. it was definitely more a no view whatsoever. The shower pressure in this room was terrible and the temperature of the water oscilated between freezing and boiling...
We paid a bit extra to change to a lake view room, it was worth it as we had a balcony, air and light in the room. the shower was slightly better but the temperature kept changing too.
The food at the restaurant was overpriced and not great, we ordered a steak sandwich which had mainly fat and no taste.
The breakfast was also disappointing, quite low quality, not replenished fast enought, the omellette made to order was bland and very greasy...
In summary, we loved the experince for the location and the view but the other aspects of this hotel have a lot of room for improvement."
"My wife and I stayed at the Appart Hotel (Suite, mountain view) for two nights in March 2026. We really enjoyed our stay; the apartment was huge, very modern, and had everything you could possibly need. It seemed that the place was still new and it was also very clean. We had a full bathroom each and the shower was excellent. We also made use of the washing machine. The location is great and all the hotel personnel were lovely; very friendly and helpful. I parked our car at the parking lot beside the hotel. Be aware, the mountain view is nice but to have that view, the apt faces the main street that can be quite noisy. If you are a light sleeper, it would be best to take an apartment at the back. All-in-all though, an excellent place to stay in Beni-Mallal. "
"Excellent private location. Great view of the mountains. Excellent pool and surrounding area. Large entrance and common parts and large rooms.
Good breakfast served in a separate restaurant.
Good value. Thoroughly, recommended.
Ali and Joel were great."
"The reception was a bit bitter. And about the property, I had the chance to talk with my tiny little friend the worms in the bathroom. But honestly the rest was okay."
"Staff were friendly and made the food fresh. The breakfast was especially good! The room was large and comfortable. The pool area garden was beautiful and peaceful. It was quite nice to sit out in it and enjoy the amazing mountain view. I would definitely recommend this place."
