"There was some confusion at check-in about the room rate. They blamed Expedia (a lot) for the registration problem. The desk clerk made several calls to (I'm assuming) the Avid staff to work it out. It was late, and we were tired, but we finally got our room. I hope we were charged the Expedia rate we were expecting. This hotel apparently gets a lot of cruise passengers (like us). The lobby was very busy. Plus, one of the two elevators was out of order. The morning clerk was helpful when asked to print some luggage tags. She knew just what to do."
