"As soon as I checked in, friendly lovely staff members let me check in a bit early which helped as I had heavy suitcase and I got my room straight. They gave me recommendations for food nearby too which was really helpful as I wasn’t sure what was good local foods. If you want a place to stay in Barry this is it for sure. And one other positive right next to the Barry station within good walking distance."

"We were asked to book a breakfast time slot on arrival, so we selected 8:30–9:00. However, when we went down that morning, all the doors were locked and there was no staff present. We tried every contact number provided, including the delivery and service numbers advertised, but received no answer or callback. "We never had a view, we looked out to the back of buildings,which was ok,we dont mind too much, the mattress was shocking, really saggy at the top end on 1 side, we ended up turning the mattress, as it felt like i was sleeping on a hill."
