"We’ve been away from home traveling and cruising throughout Europe since March 28th. By far, this hotel has provided the best accommodations. The staff is also superb and breakfast was delicious!!! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Bilbao."

"Una experiencia para olvidar. Nos sentimos estafados. Ruido en la habitación, frío, limpieza nula y lo de las bañeras y la piscina de aguas termales, de risa! Agua fría también en la ducha de la habitación. Solo queríamos salir de ahí y olvidar este lugar. "
