"Wonderful hotel on the promenade. The staff is friendly and efficient. We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel and both meals were very good. The restaurant/bar is popular with locals and that’s always a good sign. "

"Great hotel in Bilbao center, close to bus stop to get around and only a 15 min walk to the museum. The hotel is new so has modern amenities and the staff is very helpful. The room was very spacious and absolutely loved the shower. While the area around the hotel is not great, it’s safe and would recommend this hotel. "
