"Excellent service, awesome decor and fantastic food. Our in hotel experience was really, really good. The car service arranged by the travel desk was also excellent. We however did not have a good experience with the guide arranged by the travel desk. We were more interested in sightseeing but the guide was more interested in taking us shopping. Very pushy and very, very exhausting. We would recommend that you use the car service and recommendations for places to visit from the travel desk but...

"Our family of four, with two boys ages 13 and 11, stayed for three nights at Surpura Bagh. We absolutely loved it! The staff were wonderful and our room/villa was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We especially loved eating at the resort’s two restaurants and using the swimming pools - both the larger one by the restaurants and the smaller private one at our villa. We have no real complaints . The resort is about 11 km away from the city and main attractions, so be prepared to make arrangements...
