"Check-in was quick & easy. Breakfast variety is awesome & the staff are helpful; love that I can dine in the common area or in my room, and that they even have the cute little Grab&Go bags. I had needed assistance with my thermostat & staff helped with that, since someone had probably previously tripped the curcuit so it needed to be reset. Loved the ability to get a late checkout, which helped a lot. It's my Go To spot for this area, if I can't get a comped room at Hard Rock for whatever reason."

"I can't say enough about my stay at the Hotel Katerina. I forgot i was in Chico staying there! All luxurious amenities were thought about when creating this hotel. From the rooftop bar, restaurant and lobby to the soft his and hers robes, in room bar and filtered drop coffee maker, and the comfortable bedding.
