The staff were very friendly on arrival but my room had no heating. When I asked to change room, they organised that straight away and I was located next door. However, the next door room also had no heating - I learned that they knew there were boiler problems on that floor so I eventually (1.5 hrs after arrival) was given another room upstairs. This was a lovely room, warm and clean ….. or so I thought. It appeared that the cleaner had sorted the bedroom out beautifully but had forgotten the bathroom!! Dirty mug in sink, loo not flushed, man’s underwear on the floor and lots of hair/dirt in the bath. Such a pity as I’m sure this was just an oversight - the staff were wonderful, the rooms are beautiful, the location is so handy to A1. Maybe just needs that wee bit extra on the quality control
