"The property was a way out from Edinburg but easily accessible from the Tram at Ingliston park and Ride. The hotel offers a shuttle to the tram at specific times. The hotel is very nice with a beautiful spa and the staff was extremely accommodating. "

"Really nice hotel with a lot of character. Nice large room with a large en-suite. Good breakfast ( although i never did get any eggs) it was always empty and told they were coming. Nice bar with good selection of draught beer. Nice outdoor seating areas.Has local bus stop right at hotel to get into town center. Being an older hotel there is no elevator and has quite a few stairs to climb.Overall still worth staying to get the location and helpful staff."

"Grateful for the gal at the front desk allowing us to pay to check in early! We were very tired and arrived at 6am tried to kill time by going shopping but by 1 we definitely wanted to sleep and thankfully they had a room available. Fantastic service, great location. Clean room"

"It was very comfortable and clean. They had a discount on breakfast if you joined them and also a discount on parking. It was super close to the trams and had a krispy crème, kfc, and lots of shopping options across the street. I would definitely stay again."

"It was welcoming upon arrival, staff were Friendly, processional and accommodating. Even asked if I needed help with my luggage taken to the room! Room was great. Modern, clean and comfy. Went down to restaurant and again all staff were pleasant and nothing was an issue. Food was amazing and not overly priced. I went for the soup and smash burger. Probably one of the best burgers I’ve had. It’s worth noting that the breakfast was advertised at £22 when booking so declined offer. Arrived and upon check in, breakfast was £12.00? What could be better was a better TV in room and being able to pay with American Express. "
