"The whole concept of a detached bungalow is great; very quiet, private and relaxing. My only complaint was that the unit was rather dirty… windows and screens were filthy. Mirror was terrible as well. Carpet needs cleaned or replaced. Refrigerator has stains on the front of it that were pretty gross looking for in the eating area. Convenient to all of the activities we had chosen. "

"The cottage was like being at my grandmother’s house. Very warm and comfortable. I was on this trip with my mom, sister and daughter. Would love to stay here again, with my husband. We came here to go to Cumberland Island. This house is very convenient for the ferry. "

"This house is located in the downtown historic district. All the homes in this area have been restored and are the cutest quaint little houses. It’s only a mile from UF Hospital of Jacksonville. When first arriving the AC was not cooling properly and upon contacting the host they were quick to get it resolved!! (Just needed filters replaced). Due to some unforeseen circumstances with our loved one at the hospital the host was very accommodating. I would stay here again if I needed to access the...

"This is a very comfortable and convenient property with a friendly and well organized owner. The house is conveniently located close to the beach, state park and local shops. The neighborhood is residential and secure. Very well equipped kitchen and lots of room for a family. Would definitely stay again."
