"The staff was minimally cordial. The room did not have a refrigerator or microwave. Crack in sink. Room was clean. AC was loud. "

"The staff were very helpful & pleasant. I had the insurance and could easily refund one night since my trip was cut short by one day. And the staff immediately took care of it and with good manners. The rooms have coffee maker, coffee, ice bin, hot and cold cups, ironing board and an iron, hanging rack and plenty of hangers, my room did not have a closet, it had small refrigerator (not very cold) but my food didn’t go bad overnight; microwave (I didn’t use). The shower gel is very small so bring your own soap or maybe get more at the desk. There was a blow dryer however I didn’t use it to know if it was working or not.view isn’t that great, so don’t keep your hopes up. The top corner of the curtain in my room was ripped which made it look unpleasant . The hotel itself, could use some update and fresh paint on the walls would be great. However, there was nice artwork on the walls yet the overall look was old and something was missing. There was complementary coffee in the lobby which was a plus. Overall, I would’ve enjoyed it more if it looked more updated but it was fine for my needs because I just had to take care of work agenda. I would go back if the atmosphere is better and the lobby looks better. Overall, their room was fine. Please give my thanks to the staff."

"Beautiful hotel in the perfect location! Close to the Rockville town square that has tons of restaurants and a Trader Joe’s. Room was clean and bed was comfy. I was disappointed that breakfast was not included. Also, the shower was strange. Just a partial glass wall with no door which meant water could splash out and I was freezing unless I was directly under the water. Kind of noisy being downtown with sirens, traffic and dogs. Other than that it was a wonderful experience!"

"The staff was wonderful. The amenities were there. The property is under construction. The backside is on a railroad track, & it was not the cleanest by a stretch/ all around the property. The room was clean. "

"Nice comfortable layout in room. Clean, perfect for 2 night stay. Downside was was no free breakfast. Egg sandwiches were $16!! Coffee $4"

"The room was clean… as usual I requested a quiet room preferably top floor away from everyone and everything. I was assigned the 3rd floor next to a crying baby. Fortunately they weren’t here both nights but again it’s customary to have children, pets, families etc on the first couple of floors and solo travelers on the top floor. It’s a simple concept and simple to follow it just takes a little extra time but less time than hearing and trying to fix complaints. Parking was convenient and the restaurant staff and food was good!"

"No hot water. Shampoo dispenser in shower was covered in hair. Cheese and half a bottle of soda in refrigerator. Friday night was nothing but slamming doors and screaming, the walls were actually shaking."
