"Everything was perfect as expected "

"The bathroom wall had damage from a past issue. The repair required drywall patching, which only had the first coat of drywall mud on it. It looked terrible and I could not believe that they would re-install the towel rack over it and consider it rentable. They did offer another room but it should have never gotten to that. No ice maker worked and you had to get ice from the restaurant."

"Bed and surfaces were clean. Staff replenished breakfast. Air conditioner worked well. Sink drain was clogged, shower facet was old, handle on shower was broken, toilet seat was loose, and carpet needed replacing. "

"i have to assume this location has been acquired by Wyndham recently and is in the process of renovating. It needs it very badly, the rooms were clean and ok but the bathroom had mold and the vents were rusted so they need to take care of it. I didn't review the ratings prior to arriving and i wish i had or i may have booked somewhere else. Overall not the worst place to stay by far but you get what you pay for. "

"My stay at the Hilton Rockville DC was very disappointing. • The bedsheets were dirty when I arrived • The hotel system was down, which delayed check-in and basic service • Customer service felt unhelpful and slow to respond • Amenities were limited compared to what I expected I expected a much better experience from a hotel at this level. Cleanliness and service should be the basics, not the exception. I hope management reviews these issues and improves the guest experience for future visitors....

"The rooms were clean, but the bathroom ceiling had about 5 spots where it was peeling. However, they were in the process of painting and updating rooms, so those spots on the ceiling may get taken care of soon. Breakfast was good. The sofa bed was actually much more comfortable than typical sofa beds where you feel every spring and hear every squeak. Would definitely stay here again."

"We had a really comfortable stay here. The recently renovated section we were in felt fresh, modern, and well put together. It made a difference straight away. What stood out most was how well it works for families. The two-bedroom unit with a small kitchenette was ideal, and the pullout couch meant everyone had their own space without feeling cramped. " If this is the place that you stay if you have no other choice and you need to take a nap, but i would t recommend more then 24 hours at this place, bathrooms is broken . And ugly and some of the rooms will give you an ironing board with no iron."
