Most of my flights leave prior at 6am with checking 2 hours prior, I take a 4am shuttle. I always book Hawthorne because of excellent shuttle service. Now, this is a major problem, you no longer provide the services needed. Also, what happened to your evening happy hour? I am very disappointed in your recent changes but I applaud your excellent staff! "
