"Staying at Arrowhead Pine Rose Cabins is a must! I escaped LA for a 3-day “me” break, and my time in my adorable cabin was sublime! I stayed in Cabin 1, a studio that was close to the heated pool and Jacuzzi, and it had absolutely every modern convenience, while still showcasing a rustic look. "The room was clean, a few spiders and webs. It was a bit of a hassle checking out, even though room had been prepaid. They had new ownership since reservation was booked but that should not have affected us or time spent waiting."

"Since arriving room smell like there was a gas leak. On the 2nd day it was stronger the gentlemen when asked to help he said he did smell any gas. I had other guest with me that definitely smelled the gas. Then gentlemen let me know I’ll just turn off the furnace. Never admitting there was a gas problem. Also, the pool was advertised as heated this was not true. Pond was extremely dirty."

"I was very disappointed with my stay. The bathroom was marginal in terms of cleanliness, the refrigerator and ac did not work. The staff said they would replace it, but never did. Guests upstairs were very noisy all night, and the price for the room was quite high due to fourth of July holiday. All told, a very poor value and experience for the cost. I will not stay there again."

I booked this stay through here and assumed it would be similar, but the house fell short in several simple areas: only one bathroom had hand soap (and it was a pump), there was no bath soap at all, no coffee, creamer, or sugar, and not even a box of Kleenex.
