"Property is run down and in need of repair! There is no s staff on site to assist with check-in or any issues with the property. Very small unit, not suitable for my family of three , my son is 16. The description stated the unit was suitable for sleeping up to four people with bunk beds which were very small. The unit itself looked clean and newly renovated with fresh paint and flooring. However, this unit was meant for two people, or people traveling with a small child under the age of 10."

"We had a peaceful, wonderful stay at the Estate House at Knickerbocker Mansion. The property was beautiful and well maintained, and Patrick was responsive, friendly and helpful, especially when we had trouble connecting the TV and needed help with luggage. The bed was comfortable, the wood accents were stunning, and the location was conveniently close to the village. "These good reviews must be fake…. Pictures of this place look decent here on Expedia. But it was the exact opposite. There’s probably a reason this place doesn’t have pictures of the outside of the property. It’s very dumpy. Also everything was filthy on the inside. Build ups of grime in places, ants everywhere, walls were nasty and the shower was falling apart. Bed sheets had brown stains. The bedroom was very warm because the AC is only in the front room.
