We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near downtown. Our room has a second floor with an open view, which made it feel bright and relaxing. My kids especially enjoyed the bunk beds—they were so excited to sleep in them! Checking in on the phone was quick and easy, which made our arrival hassle-free. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean, quiet, and well-maintained. We also appreciated the convenient parking and the nearby restaurants and attractions. We would definitely stay here again

Disliked: Amenities, property conditions & facilities
Although I do believe this property will be great when it is complete, it was evident that this property is not complete. There were still a lot of construction stuff on-site. There was no check in desk. There were no amenities at all, and if we would have known that we would have stayed somewhere else. The property manager was not on property when we got there had to check in with maintenance to get a hold of her so that we could get into our room. She did try to help us and was apologizing, but there was no coffee, and when we got coffee there was no coffee pot just a french press that was not working. There was no TV (but wasn'tlisted as amenity so no biggie), but no spa, no cold plunge, no food option, no front desk as listed. The room was incomplete with needing paint as was raw wood steps in lake view room. No extra blankets for the bunk beds. Had to wait to get them. The location was awesome, and I do believe once this property is fully set up, it will be a very nice property, but for now it is NOT a complete hotel and was disappointed to not have any inclination this property was still in a construction phase.
