Greetings were great when we walked in. Gave recommendations for dinner. Very nice. Loved the black out curtains.

Robinhood Resort
Very spacious and very conveniently located. Loved gas fireplace in the room. Room is a bit outdated, especially carpet in the room was fraying and loosing color.

Big Bear Lakefront Lodge
Rented a room with a fireplace, and the fireplace didn’t work. The toilet got backed up in the middle of the night, and there was no staff on site to help with the problem. And there was no plungers in the room. Other than that the place was mildly decent.
