"This apartment was extremely beautiful and well kept. From the surrounding area being so beautiful and clean to the peaceful and quiet apartment. My family and I truly enjoyed our stay here so much that we will be back. The only downside is the trouble finding the apartment initially but after I called the hotel Galicia and spoke with the representative she was very helpful in directing us to the right address. 10/10 for this property in my opinion"

Extremely Disappointing Stay – 0/10 Experience
I stayed at this apartment and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had when renting accommodation. From the very beginning, there was no hot water at all — for seven full days. I reported it immediately, multiple times, and was told “it would be fixed soon,” but it never was.
Imagine not being able to take a proper shower for an entire week while still paying full price — completely unacceptable.

"When paying hundreds of dollars for stay, we expect towels when needed. During the 3rd evening of our stay, we asked for 1 towel out of 4 to be refreshed, and were told we have to pay 30 zloty because they only replace them of we stay 4 nights.. this is unacceptable and feels cheap"
