"By far the worst hotel I have ever been to, to start with the staff that attended us upon arrival made fun of us but that could be because they were in an alcoholic state and under some kind of illegal substance, you could see it in their eyes, the rooms were dirty upon our arrival and they do not have a key so they open it for you every time you arrive at the hotel, we were there for 5 nights 6 days and none of them cleaned the room, they only gave us one roll of toilet paper and when we asked...

"We had such a wonderful time in this hotel and in Baku overall. The room was the most spacious I have ever seen. Huge bathroom, huge balcony. The kids loved the bunk bed. The furnishings all over the hotel was impecable, providing a very comfortable staying. The food at dinner time was delicious. On the down side, I would mention the breakfast is served on a la carte basis. I would have preferred to have a buffet option instead, but maybe this is the norm in Baku. I would definitely recommend...

"Very nice hotel with an amazing friendly staff and atmosphere. Front desk vent above service when needed. Good breakfast with a nice selection of hot and cold food. Located just a few minutes walk from the world largest flag and make sure to check out a small park across from the hotel. Sit and enjoy tea and watch life go by."

"This hotel is in the perfect location if you want to stay in the old city, which we did. Taxis do not go in and out but we had minimal luggage and the bell hop carried it out for us. The rooms were very clean and the staff couldn’t be more accommodating. The restaurant outside dining has a great view of the Flame Towers. We were very pleased with our stay. "

"Lovely location in the old city, a few minutes walk from the Boulevard and other attractions. The room and bathroom was clean and modern. Couple of little extras would always make such a difference - coffee and tea facilities, light switch by the bed, etc. I didn't get the breakfast as I checked out early. But overall a very nice stay, and good value"

"Everything about this wonderful hotel situated in the heart of the Old City in Baku can be recommended. The staff were all very warm, friendly, most helpful, and professional.
