Front desk associates Eldar and Emil are very professional and knowledgeable and ready to assist a customer every moment. Homemade breakfasts are delicious and healthy with a variety of fruits. I will recommend this hotel to my friends and family."

"This hotel is in the perfect location if you want to stay in the old city, which we did. Taxis do not go in and out but we had minimal luggage and the bell hop carried it out for us. The rooms were very clean and the staff couldn’t be more accommodating. The restaurant outside dining has a great view of the Flame Towers. We were very pleased with our stay. "
