"We only had a few hours to explore Frankfurt and really appreciated the location of this hotel. Easy walking distance to the old town centre. We had a spacious room and spacious bathroom that faced the river. The only downside was the traffic noise when we opened the window. With windows shut traffic was a non issue. They had a beautiful buffet breakfast in the lobby area, unfortunately we were not able to partake as we had to catch our early flight."

"Die Lage ist hervorragend, der Hauptbahnhof in wenigen Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Das Zimmer präsentiert sich in einem sauberen Zustand. Das Frühstücksangebot war eher einfach gehalten und entsprach nicht vollständig dem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Hinsichtlich des Services und der Freundlichkeit des Personals besteht deutlicher Verbesserungsbedarf."

"Lisa at the front desk was the best. My wife and I arrived at the hotel around 7 AM because we came from the US overnight, and although we tried to sleep on the plane we couldn’t, and needed to kill time until house keeping had readied the room. She graciously took our luggage in and prioritized our room being ready sooner than the agreed upon 3 PM check-in. The spot was clean, prices fair, and the breakfast was excellent."
